FEE REFUND REGULATIONS
Ⅰ. Application Fee: No refund once payment is made
Training Fee: No refund once payment is made
Ⅱ. Tuition Fee:
1. For current students who have extended their VISA or Residence Permit from Shanghai Normal University: No refund once payment is made
2. For new students
(1) 90% of tuition fee refund: submit the Fee Refund Application Form and get approval before the SEMESTER COMMENCEMENT DATE
(2) 70% of tuition fee refund: submit the Fee Refund Application Form and get approval within the FIRST WEEK
(3) 50% of tuition fee refund: submit the Fee Refund Application Form and get approval within the SECOND WEEK
(4) No refund: apply after the SECOND WEEK
Note:
(1) The above mentioned fee refund regulations are applicable to all international students registered at the International College of Chinese Studies, Shanghai Normal University. For students who have paid one academic year’s tuition fee, please refer to the refund rules (II - 2) for new students
(2) Semester Commencement Date means the date officially announced by Shanghai Normal University
(3) For students who have got the VISA or Residence Permit from Shanghai Normal University, should cancel it before applying the refund application
(4) Suspending Study Application must be approved by the International College of Chinese Studies, Shanghai Normal University; the obtained VISA or Residence Permit must be canceled; no refund for students who have paid the tuition fee
