Campus Card / ID Card

The Shanghai Normal University campus card has both on-campus identity certificate and electronic payment functions.

You can through the university’s WeChat official account to check the balance and top up your physical card. To facilitate cardholders to consume on campus, our university has cooperated with WeChat and Alipay companies to launch virtual cards. International students can choose to activate, please scan the QR code below to apply.

Guide For International Students to Fellow“SHNU Smart Campus”

Step 1: Follow“SHNU Smart Campus”

Scan the QR code to follow WeChat “SHNU Smart Campus”

Step 2: Active your SHNU CUID

The initial PIN of CUID is “St+last 6 number of your passport number”

Step 3: Upload your photo

Your facial recognition access to the campus will be available the day after submission for approval

Step 4: Apply for your digital SHNU ID

Scan the QR code from Alipay or WeChat to apply for your digital campus card.

After applying the digital card, you can find it in your Pocket of Alipay or  Cards & Offers of WeChat, then you can present the payment QR code to pay at on-campus dining halls and stores.

Step 5: Collect your physical SHNU ID
